You can download stats depending on different variables, these include:
Quantity - In the quantity statistics you can evaluate the number of calls and call attempts as well as the average duration of calls.
Quality – Waiting Time - In the quality statistics for the waiting time, you can evaluate the quality of service on the basis of the waiting times of the individual callers. The waiting time is shown in seconds.
Quality – Error - In the Quality Error statistics you can evaluate the failed calls regarding their failing cause
Multiple Calls - In the statistics for multiple calls you can evaluate how often a caller called in the given period.
Origin - In the origin statistics you can analyse calls depending on where the call has been dialled from. This can be grouped by TV regions or by UK Counties.
Peak - In the statistics concerning the peaks you can calculate the time period with the highest number of call attempts. It is calculated by stages from the 10-minute intervals ascending up to the monthly value.
