Online statistics is something that more and more of our clients are requiring. We offer our clients a real time online portal so that 08 statistics can be viewed immediately. If you require full 08 CDRs you can download these from the portal. Real Time 08 statistics are updated every 5 seconds.

Call routing changes to your 08 plans can also be made via the online portal. You can make your own destination changes or more complex changes via your own log in.

Your disaster recovery plan can be implemented from the web portal at the touch of a switch so that you can ensure that no business calls are lost in case of an emergency.

You will be provided with your own login user name and password for your account on the 08 platform whereby you will be able to make any changes or updates that you require. Any changes you make on the platform will come into effect instantaneously. If you do not wish to make these changes we are happy to make any changes for you.

Routing plans can be set to change over automatically at the required time so you do not have to worry about remembering to do this.

All changes are linked to and logged by the individual login so changes can be tracked to a specific user. We can provide you with as many different logins as you require completely free of charge.
